New Year’s Resolutions – Why should you set it?

A New Year's resolution is a commitment that a person makes to one or more lasting personal goals, projects, or the reforming of a habit.

Making New Year’s Resolution is a useful way to reflect on your present life. What’s working? What’s not working?. It gives you the opportunity to reassess and re-evaluate your values, priorities and goals.
It also makes you realise that you have the power to make changes and improve upon yourself. You can proactively make positive changes in your life that lead the path towards which you want your life to go.

While making New Year’s Resolutions as well you’ll think back on all that you had achieved through the year. It will be a great time to reflect and celebrate on all the achievements for 2011.

Last but not least it is good for your self esteem. As setting it alone will give you a sense of accomplishment to start with. With a clear direction and plan to start 2012 with who is to tell you what can’t be done?
