Chilla Cup Mission Statement

Announcing our Chilla Cup’s Mission Statement:

To commit serving
what we love, to be your everyday café!
Hand in hand, heart with heart,
Together we grow!

At Chilla Cup, we believe in serving what we love and we love what we serve.
With all our hearts in delivering our best, we aim to become our customers’ everyday café.
Hand in hand with all our staffs,
Heart with heart with all our staffs and all customers,
We want to grow together, with people all around us. :)

Imagine a young regular customer of Chilla Cup who grows up, goes to college, gets married, and become parents and bring his offspring to Chilla Cup and remembers how he used to order Kids Meals at Chilla Cup :)

Imagine a young staff joins us as crew, from speaking little English to more English, learn and earn, upgraded his lifestyles, promoted, upgraded his assets, learn and earn, promoted again and again and one day, gets married, become parent, learn and earn and promotion again and eventually he/she becomes a key leader in Chilla Cup and remembers that once upon a time, he/she was a barista at Chilla Cup :)

Imagine a customer sees Chilla Cup grows from 1 store, 3 stores, rebranding, more stores, upgrading, grow, bigger stores, nicer stores, improved services, expand to other states, expand to other countries and etc and remembers Chilla Cup’s humble store at some corner somewhere :)

Yes, imagination! 

Isn’t every achievement begins with an imagination? :)

  1. Very sad to say that your outlet at setia walk doesn't follow your mission a It all. Not only the orders took forever to come, the food my friend and i ordered were no big deal either. Just a burnt burger with 15 sticks of fries took over 45 minutes. Well this kind of experience, doesn't let Much positive feel for imagination, don't you agree?
