Brewing the perfect cup



Ever wonder how this perfect cup of latte is prepared?

Like all great things in life, it takes preparation and practice to perfect the art of handcrafting our signature blend of coffee. Let us bring you a sneak peek of behind-the-curtain scenes into perfecting this art.

Tony Tang is a name which is well known among the top notch baristas. Being one of the judge in an International Barista Competition and a coffee bean supplier as well as a coffee roaster, this lass from Singapore flew all the way down to our branch @ Setiawalk, Puchong to train our new line of baristas into preparing a perfect cup ofcoffee for you.

Sharing basic knowledge about coffee and identifying fresh coffee beans.

This training enables our barista to know how to select the freshest coffee bean, extract a good shot of espresso, frothing the milk perfectly, mixing it well to give an aromatic cup of coffee and finish it off with a nice coffee art. Also, not forgetting the cleaning, maintenance and calibrating of the coffee machine daily to provide a constant quality of coffee to you.

It’s practical time!

This training took around 1 to 2 days to complete and after proper demonstration, it’s time for some art creation!

And the expressway towards honing this craft is to let the baristas try their own brew! If we don’t love it, we won’t serve it to you. That’s our promise.

Each of our baristas needs to pass the test for this training and there will be a revision course every 3 to 4 months time to ensure that our coffee quality is top notch at all time.
